Before the trip, in his usual methodical and careful manner, he'd "read ahead" - guide books, histories, business reports, the Internet. He was an informed traveler and knew what to expect in each of the countries on his itinerary. Even so, Asia's ubiquitous noodle shops surprised him. "I couldn't believe how many there are - countless thousands! And I was amazed at their efficiency - even little mom-and-pop-owned-and-operated noodle restaurants were thriving, humming at all hours". An open kitchen with a Teppan Grill is the center stage for The Noodle People, cooking dishes emanating from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore & Korea.     The franchisor may also offer you the optional right to execute an Area Development Agreement granting you a right to open one to four additional Outlets for an additional investment of $25,000 (for one additional Outlet) to $100,000 (for four additional Outlets), all of which must be paid to the franchisor.
