Express Train Fitness for Men was born out of a need to provide men with an alternative to the large "Social Gyms" that have become the norm in today's fitness industry. This gives them a place where they can feel comfortable and receive the guidance and support needed to achieve the goals they set for themselves with regard to health and fitness. The company already has contracted with franchisees for 45 in the U.S., including five locations to open in north Denver and the Boulder area. More than 54 million Americans are working out at boutique fitness studios, which makes it the fastest growing sector of the fitness industry, Many of these active individuals are getting multiple memberships at multiple facilities to get a well-rounded workout.
