Training
All new Franchise Partners will go through an extensive training program made up of 5 phases. The entire program will take approximately 10-14 weeks, depending on the timing of classroom training dates at our head office in Vancouver, BC .
Franchise Partners will work with a Start-up Manager, who will coach them through the start-up process - which typically takes between 6 to 12 months. During the training program, Franchise Partners learn the proven systems and techniques required to run a successful franchise - including how to conduct customer estimates, how to find and manage paint crews, how to generate new business, how to produce profitable paint jobs and, of course, how to WOW their customers.

Business Experience:
We are looking for candidates that have a desire to be a leader and the confidence to manage multiple crews. We look for people with a passion for sales, marketing, and brand building. And, most importantly, people with a track record of success and a competitive spirit that wants to win, all the time. To be successful in this franchise, you must have sufficient capital to launch, operate and grow the business. The initial investment ranges between $90K and $140K, depending on a few variables. It’s important that Franchise Partners live in (or are willing to relocate to) the region they own and service.
