| Training | Rumbi offers an 8-week General Manager Training Program as well as in-depth team-member training for all positions. Additional information regarding this training program will be made available to approved Rumbi Franchisees and Area Developers. | Prior to your restaurant opening, we will furnish initial training on the operation of a Petros Chili & Chips � restaurant. The training lasts three weeks: consisting both of classroom content and in-restaurant developmental activities. We require that two people attend training prior to the store opening. |
