The "Wing Machine” is one of the fastest growing chain of fast food restaurants in Southern Ontario, specializing in chicken wings.

The first location opened in downtown Toronto in 1987. The operation was designed for its simplicity of operation, with the wings and ribs sold by the pound.

Founded in 1981 in the community of Bethpage, New York, (as Pudgie's Famous Chicken), George Sanders developed his secret chicken recipe and skinning process.
