Training | During the construction process, you will undergo one week of classroom training at our training facility in Mississauga and two weeks hands-on training at an established Coffee Culture location. As you open your store, we'll be with you for two more weeks. This training will cover all aspects of running your restaurant including: Food preparation; ordering inventory; review of operations manuals, hiring assistance, marketing and accounting. | You will be required to successfully complete the Boba Loca appropriate training program prior to opening your store. You will be required to attend the company's business course approximately 40 hours over five (5) days. Training shall take place at a Boba Loca location designated by us and in your store location during the initial days of operation. |
