Training Our goal is to give you the tools you need to assist you in building a business from day one. Your Yoshinoya franchise training includes 1 week of extensive, on-site initial training for yourself at our training headquarters in Torrance, California, six weeks for your lead kitchen personnel and 12 weeks for your front of house store manager. The franchisor may also offer you the optional right to execute an Area Development Agreement granting you a right to open one to four additional Outlets for an additional investment of $25,000 (for one additional Outlet) to $100,000 (for four additional Outlets), all of which must be paid to the franchisor.
