Training | The training provided comes in various formats. First of all, there is a 5-day initial training course held at Schooley Mitchell Corporate Office - this training can also be done remotely as well. All new Franchisees are required to take the initial training course before they begin work in a Schooley Mitchell Franchise.This training covers the operations, marketing, sales, business building and relationship building processes that are effective for Schooley Mitchell Franchisees. The course includes basic technical training and more importantly, instruction on the use of our reference manuals. It includes instruction on how to use the continuous training facilities through The Warehouse, our Intranet environment as well as two days of training using the actual software tools including live client cases. Each new Franchisee also receives an intensive first year of Business Development Mentoring and Coaching Program. This one-on-one training is comprised of tips, tools and information about Sales, Marketing, Cost Savings Analysis, Operations and The Warehouse. | The franchisee is required to attend an intensive 4 day program with complete access to our library of business development resources. This program covers all of the key elements for building a successful Brian Tracy International business: sales and marketing, training and facilitation, business management and business development strategies. All expenses for this training session are paid for by Brian Tracy International, with the exception of meals, accommodation and travel. World-class, multi-media, interactive workshop programs. These cover topics of Time Management, Sales, Leadership, Professional Development and the Brian Tracy Professional Certificate IV programs offering nationally-recognized qualifications and funding for employers and staff (for Australia). State-of-the-art hiring and performance appraisal online assessments. These include DISC, Workplace Motivators and Sales Skills assessments plus team assessments; all utilized to help companies understand and maximize the potential of their people. E-Learning online modules. Workshop programs in module format delivered in the learning portal Brian Tracy Training Online Advantage; this transactional, PayPal system is for franchisees and the public. |
