At FYZICAL®, not only will we fix what is broken, but
through our comprehensive programs you will discover how to achieve the
pinnacle of healthy living, expand your boundaries and feel better.
At FYZICAL®, you will receive hands-on therapy treatments by our friendly, caring health experts during one-on-one sessions.
The total investment necessary to convert an existing wellness center to
a FYZICAL® Center ranges from $12,250 to $174,500.
This includes $0 to $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
The total investment necessary to add a FYZICAL® Center to an ENT practice or
other medical facility ranges from $61,250 to $729,000.
This includes $0 to $70,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a totally new FYZICAL®
Center is $68,750 to $699,000.
This includes $0 to $40,000 that must be
paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
The above estimates assume the
population of your protected area does not exceed 40,000. If the
population of your protected area is more than 40,000, your total
investment and the amount you pay to franchisor or its affiliate will
increase by $1 per person for every individual in excess of 40,000 in
the Protected Area for a New Center and a Conversion Center and $1.75
