Snelling Announces Management Organization

Personnel Services, one of the nation’s largest employee staffing firms, has named Peter Harris as its Chief Executive Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing Snelling’s continued growth and profitability as an independent member of the Patriarch Partners family of companies. With annual revenues greater than $300 million, Snelling currently operates more than 200 offices throughout North America. Harris will spearhead the execution of an aggressive growth strategy that combines continued organic growth in branch and franchise offices with the acquisition and integration of independent staffing firms. Linda Paulk will continue to serve as the company’s President with responsibility for Snelling’s company-wide marketing efforts and sales/operations support for its franchise network. Dan Glazier will continue to serve as Senior Vice President overseeing the sales and operations support for Snelling’s company-owned branch locations.

Harris previously worked with HQ Global Workplaces, a Dallas company that is a leading provider of shared office space solutions and business support services. At HQ, Harris provided oversight during its successful restructure and subsequent acquisition last year. Harris has more than 10 years of executive experience in sales, operations, franchise and corporate functions. His experience includes work in multiple services industries, including business support, healthcare, real estate, management, and software development and distribution. In addition to his senior executive roles, Harris spent five years at national law firms.
