Jim states with a smile as he explains, "The name is so appropriate. When a car owner discovers that their previously unscathed interior now has this eyesore in the form of a tear, a burn hole, or a crack in their dash- well it makes you feel sick"� it's pathetic." The results are anything but pathetic- which makes Hess's unforgettable business a big hit with car dealerships who count on his services to keep their "pre-owned cars" in tip-top shape. Launched from a restoration service Hess started as a teenager in 1984, Pathetic Medic is franchising with units planned throughout the United States and internationally.
