Garth McDonald, of Medicine Hat, Alberta, won the 2015 Rookie Coach of the Year Award at the ActionCOACH Americas Conference at the Westin Lake Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV on March 7, 2015. Garth McDonald earned this award thanks to the powerful work he has done with his clients throughout Northern and Southern Alberta over the course of the past year, including coaching his clients to the increased profitability for some who were losing money in their business, to a 20% increase in their first 4 months, as well as building an organization that gives the business owner the ability to work on their business and not just in it!
