Support | Tha� Express has put tremendous effort into researching, testing, tasting and implementing our concept through various mediums such as design, processes, marketing, purchasing and core principles. We will provide continuous support and professional guidance to all our new franchisees from the early stages of training and development, all the way through to the exciting opening day and beyond. | Wok Box regional Operations Managers and Master Developers will be in constant contact with all franchisees to ensure that the Wok Box product is being prepared consistently across the markets. These key people will provide Franchisees advice on how to improve their operations and ultimately will aid all Wok Box Fresh Asian Kitchens to succeed. |
Marketing | Franchisees invest 1% of sales in corporate advertising and promotions. These investments are made in the interest of all franchisees. Each franchisee benefits from the professionally planned branding, as well as instore advertising material and new product promotions to enhance the regular consumer experience. Equally important, franchisees invest another 1% of sales in local advertising and promotions in conjunction with head office approval to generate consumer traffic. | Each Wok Box Franchise contributes 3% of their gross sales to an advertising fund that will be used by Wok Box to maximize the exposure of the brand and products. Wok Box's Executive team has a wealth of knowledge for franchisees on how to best advertise and market their stores and will provide each store advice on how to promote their store in their individual market. |
